Specially ordered parts or electronic units cannot be accepted for credit. Parts incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 15% handling charge. New parts will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, in an unused resaleable condition - subject to manager's discretion. Surcharge items must be returned within 3 months of sale. If you wish to claim warranty, please fill in the warranty claim form.
