Current Vacancies
- Ensure all work is carried out to the high standards of DAF Trucks training.
- Deal with customer enquiries courteously and efficiently on the telephone/at the front counter.
- Assist the team with the locating of parts stock and upkeep of the Parts Department.
- Invoice the customer to company standards.
- Cover van delivery positions at times of holiday or sickness.
- Assist with the required administration for manufacturer returns procedures.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy.
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Assist with any other tasks as requested by the Parts Manager
- Ensure all work is carried out to the high standards of DAF Trucks training.
- Liaise with Shift Supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed to standard times.
- Keep the Supervisor aware of any problems encountered to receive appropriate technical support.
- Make sure customer vehicle interior is protected as work is completed.
- Ensure all job card details are entered accurately on completion and work area is cleaned.
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Return all workshop tooling to correct location, reporting any damage.
- Ensure you update the Supervisor on the current status of the job at the end of each shift.
- Assist with any other tasks as requested by the Service Manager.
