EAST WALES CLAIM

All purchased DAF replacement parts are warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of fitment for unlimited mileage. The date of fitment is normally taken as the date of the parts sales invoice. Selected parts can have an extended warranty cover. It is the part alone originally purchased that is warranted. Consequential damage falls outside the terms of warranty and any claim must be discussed with DAF who will assess each case individually. Where the part was originally replaced by a DAF dealer, labour can also be claimed under parts warranty.
